2 months agoDoctor Yousif is not a good doctor to me. I saw him years ago he blow off my diagnosis and years later my health is worst. Had he listen to me years ago instead of blowing me off. I wouldn't be this bad off. The lady in the office Christine is very disrespectful when I was asking questions she got smart and nasty. I wouldn't bring my DOG to see Doctor Yousif if he was a veterinarian. BEWARE

4 months agoSaw the PA for Dr. Yousif thinking I had made an appointment with Dr Yousif but I am fine with seeing a PA if he didnโt have such terrible bedside manner. He didnโt even look at me when he talked to me and had his face in the computer the whole time. I felt like I couldnโt ask any questions regarding my 5mm kidney stone. My DO said I wonโt pass it and itโs lodged up in my kidney. But the PA seems to think he knows my pain level with it and that it shouldnโt be bothering me. But it is bothering me with lower bk and side pain not horrible but a nagging ache. Didn't give me anything to break it up and here I am with this nagging pain for a few months now. Well I am getting a second opinion by momโs urologist. I hate when someone tells me about my own pain. Than doesnโt look at me and acknowledge I am a person not an object. Also doesnโt care what concerns I have and intimidates me is how I felt. It was an awful experience and I wouldnโt take my dog here.

a year agoHad an emergency Stent placed in February 2023. Was told I needed to wait till my son was born in April before I could have it and the kidney stone removed. Had to call hospital to find out what urologist even did the stent because no one gave me follow up appt or info. Called and called and got sent back and forth between several different people finally got a surgery scheduled for July 31 2023!! Tried a different urologist who could get me in by May and found the stent to be calcified and the stone had grown to 12mm. Waited for a specialty machine to shock Stent and stone (now 15mm) finally had both removed mid May.

2 years agoCalled in October to make an appointment for a procedure. Had an appointment in December that was then pushed to April due to emergency gallbladder removal. Called the office to check about the April apt because got a notice it would be at the hospital instead of in office. Was told by the office it was to have it done with the gallbladder, which was done in December! Canceled appointment and rescheduled for a 3rd time for May. Go in and the Dr. explains there is a hernia that may become an issue during the procedure so we won't be able to do it. Find out from the front office that is what the April appointment would have been! Terrible communication, they charged my card back in December and said they reimbursed us but never did. Told me to just "call billing". Then charged us even more at the May appointment but still didn't do any service! Probably won't be calling to reschedule, I'll just have McClaren do it.

a year agoIโve called several times to get ahold of someone! Constantly redirected to voicemail! Trying to get ahold of someone because apparently records havenโt gotten sent over when in reality the person whoโs suppose to get the records didnโt do their job. So now we have to get the records ourselves and bring them in because after surgery the records werenโt even sent over to the office! Impossible to communicate with!
