Back in 2019, I found myself stepping up to look after my elderly parents. Their doctors were scattered across different health systems, and there was no real teamwork happening in their care. I knew something had to change. That's when Dr. Hanna came into the picture. From the get-go, it was crystal clear we'd made the right call. Dr. Hanna has been amazing in every way. First off, getting hold of Dr. Hanna was super easy. A quick call or message, and we got the help or advice we needed, making us feel supported every step of the way. This kind of dedication is pretty rare and meant the world to us. Then, there's Dr. Hanna's knowledge and expertise. Every diagnosis and treatment plan made sense, and Dr. Hanna had a knack for breaking down the complex stuff into bits we could actually understand. This meant we were always in the loop and comfy with what was happening. What really set Dr. Hanna apart, though, was the genuine care and empathy. Every visit felt important. Dr. Hanna really listened to my parents, making their feelings and experiences feel validated. This built a level of trust and connection that's been priceless for their care journey. And Dr. Hanna's willingness to always go the extra mile was something else. From getting referrals sorted to coordinating with specialists or just offering a bit of reassurance, Dr. Hanna's proactive approach has been key in getting the best care possible. We're super grateful to have found Dr. Hanna and couldn't recommend them enough if you're looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated doctor. We are so fortunate to have found him.

If you have kidney problems I highly recommend Dr Hanna at UCI as he has helped me return to a better quality of life. I'm very thankful and greatly appreciate his thoroughness and sincere interest by doing his best to help me. I would give him more than 10 Stars... but Google would not let me...

UCI Health Center is one of the of Southern CA hospitals. All departments are great. Dr. Desai and Dr. Hanna are great, they are explained and listened from patients. They are taking their time, not pushing/rushing patients. I would recommended UCI Health Center and doctors here.

Dr Ramy Hanna is a remarkable Doctor and human being whom never fails to establish and maintain an excellent repore with his patients. From the beginning of the appointment to its conclusion, the patient experiences his calming demeanor, thorough explanation of health status, updating of patients awareness of their condition and health care's latest reviews/reports, treatment alternatives, and recommendations. He largely relies on an interactive approach to medical consultation, in that he patiently "listens" to patient responses pertaining to their on going diagnosis experiences while documenting them in a very precise manner. He focusses on providing multiple levels of medical information presenting them at a level best understood by the individual patient's comprehensive abilities. This is simply remarkable. His staff displays exceptional respect and support for Dr Ramy. Indeed this environment created by the Doctor and His Staff truly contributes to the comfort of the patient during the visitation experience and beyond when needing call in/ remote support. Very important to his position amongst his peer practitioners, Dr Hanna maintains a comfortable level of knowledge in other specialities practiced at UCI Med. His interest in his patients "total" care and wellness is demonstrated in his patient referral to other specialists within UCI Health, where patients have other or multiple illnesses necessitating investigation/treatment. This is highly beneficial to his patients. Dr Ramy Hanna sets a new bar in clinical care. I am blessed to have him as part of my medical professional team directing my ongoing medical care. Jerold S.
