3 months agoThis hospital is literally awful. The staff does not communicate with the patient. The wait times are ridiculous. We sat here in the ER room waiting after coming in and being evaluate for chest pain. Not one medical staff member, or staff member at all even stopped to check on the patient for 3 hours. The vitals machine wasnโt even hooked up with tele, and they never noticed. It is dirty and the medical management is awful. Literal bug traps with dead roaches left in the room. The garbage from the previous patient is in a patient belonging bag next to the bed. I feel for any patients who are truly having a medical emergency and this is the only hospital nearby. They need to do better!

2 months agoWent to the e r with concerns of infection and even with 9 surgeries in my past due to infections, I couldnโt get them to do blood work. When I came in my blood pressure was 171/121 and came down a little while there but was told my vitals loooked great. Nothing was done not can u stand a walk or just a general exam. At no time did I ask for any meds all I ask for was to be check for infections by a blood test I would have been happy with any effort. But after sitting in a room for 3 hours they couldnโt get me out the door fast enough. I wudnt take my dog to them the worst medical facility I have been too. Pass them off and do not dare to ask for help. I hope the doctor there get the same care one day as they gave me. I hated to give them 1 star because they didnโt deserve that high of a mark. If u love the person travel you may save there life, please I canโt say enough about how I was untreated

2 months agoIf I could give negative stars I would. This place is a joke at best. My sister was here. An established heart patient presenting with active chest pain. Waited, waited, waited. Chest pain got worse, went to nurse and told them about chest pain getting worse and was told there was nothing they could do. Waited some more. Once again told nurse about chest pain getting worse. Once again told nothing they could do. They can't help it. Ummmmm excuse me? What happened to compassionate care? What happened to people presenting with chest pain being at top of list as more severe and top of care to be called back? If you don't like your job or don't care about patients you need to kick rocks. It's sad when an ear ache requires immediate care over a heart patient. I advised my sister to go elsewhere. Because this hospital is going to end up killing her due to their lack of care and piss poor nurses who don't give a crap about patients.

4 months agoThis hospital is a joke. From the parking lot, to the disgusting rooms, staff literally making fun of patients in the ER lobby. Iโve never heard some much disrespect for any patients in all of my years. The hospital VP should walk into the ER as a patient and see how aweful this hospital treats their patients.

4 months agoIf I could give less I would, but it only allows you to pick 1 star.. I came 30 mins early for a drug screen. There was no one at the front desk for information, so had to ask someone from the pharmacy for help. She sent me to a different building. Then I go to the second building ask the front desk for help, they send me to the wrong location. I then arrive to the department for drug screening. I tell Jessica, Iโm here for a drug test that has to be completed by 9:30 am. She says I donโt know what you want me to do weโre a walk in clinic for drug screening. I tell her this was an employer set drug screen and it was to be completed on time. She says thereโs people ahead of you, and people who just walked in. Then tells me I probably should call my employer. I had 3 other options to select for drug screening and knew this should have been my last option. Itโs 9:55 Iโm just now getting called back they are now telling me they wonโt see me because my drug screening expired at 9:30 am.
