Dr.Sameera is great and very professional. She is a people person and care about her patients. The staff follow the same professionalism & empathy. #1 best family & primary doctor in Henderson. Special shout out to Ms. Kalynn W. She is awesome!!

I highly recommend Dr. Sbaih! She is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really sets her apart. Her professionalism and knowledge are exceptional, and her bedside manner is warm and reassuring. She always answers my questions, no matter how small, without ever making me feel rushed. Another great thing is that there’s no long wait at her office, and I’ve been able to get appointments quickly. After going through several other doctors, I am so grateful to have found Dr. Sbaih! The front office staff is also wonderful—everyone is so nice and friendly, especially Salam, who always makes the visit even more welcoming.

My first visit at this practice was a good experience. I had a couple of concerns, and the staff and Dr Sbaih took it seriously. We spoke extensively about my pregnancy, a bump/lump thing I have, and made a follow up appointment to get it cut off after she did some research on what it might be. This was in about 2-3 weeks. The day of my appointment, I was called and asked if I could just do a virtual visit. I let the staff know that I am supposed to be getting a lesion cut off, so that really can't be virtual. They said oh, okay. Sorry, I don't see anything about that in here. I went in, expecting to get this lesion cut off. Instead I waited almost an hour past my appointment time with only one other person in the office. I was put in a different room this time with tattered chairs and disgusting floors. A medical student came in to ask me questions, and I was kind and patient with her because she was so nervous. Then waited another 20 minutes for the Dr. When she finally came in, she said what can I do for you today? As if she didn't even bother to read my chart before coming in. I said oh, I'm scheduled to get this little lesion cut off, remember? She said oh, okay. Can I see it? It's in a sensitive spot, and she had a medical student with her but I said sure. She then diagnosed it the complete opposite of what she did last time, said it was a wart (warts spread through contact, I've had this for years and it's never spread and has been touched plenty) and that she will have to freeze it off, which they are waiting for the medicine they need to do that. She then asked, are you??? And motioned at my belly. We literally sat there for 30 minutes talking about her kid, and how I'm feeling, and my pregnancy and everything just 2 weeks ago. I know you have a lot of patients but come on...did you completely blank out?! I said yes, we talked about it. She just stared at me blankly and said she would prescribe some ointment to put on it in the meantime. Then fumbled around trying to pick one saying the pharmacy never accepts the ointment she sends and she can't remember which one it is I'm supposed to trust you? She had no idea who I was, why I was there, what she was doing, anything. The front staff have no idea either. I ended up never getting the ointment, as it's not safe to use during pregnancy which she didn't even bother to look into before prescribing it to her pregnant patient. Disgustttting. I'll never be back.

Dr. Sbaih and her office staff are amazing! They are welcoming and professional. They sincerely care about their patients’ well being. If you are looking for a health care provider, it’s this office, and your search is over.

Me and my wife have been with this practice since 2018 and they are the best of what they do. We have no issues of any kind. Gave us results and our visits are fantastic timing and did not wait long on prescriptions to be put in. All around AWESOME. I would recommend this practice to good people.
