4 months agoThe cleanliness of the lobby was subpar, and the staff was not welcoming. I arrived ten minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time, but after waiting fifteen minutes past my appointment time, I decided to leave.

7 months agoThe front desk staff is always very rude to everyone that walks in. I was stating that nothing had changed on my insurance as I was giving my card to Joni, she got extremely defensive and yelled at me. Really like the doctor, but waited 50 mins from scheduled appt time to see her.

a year agoJust came for the first time!! Dr. Borchers and her resident doctor were so kind and walked me through the procedure as they did it! Thanks so much for being personable and making that a positive experience! Highly recommend

2 years agoI have been going to Dr. Borchers for over 15 years and my parents for longer than that. I have never been disappointed with her work or with the staff. I find the waiting room very nice; not sterile and uncomfortable like many waiting rooms. All around good experiences.

5 years agoShe is extremely thorough. The last time I went I was in the waiting room for a half hour, but when I was called back she was in the room quickly. She is very careful and caring and asks many questions. She makes sure you are satisfied before you leave. She makes you feel very comfortable and she is personable. I would recommend her.
