a month agoI will like to say I am beyond happy with my husbands nurse Heather Olvera, in the 11th floor at Jennie Sealy, as soon as she came in she was hands on taking care of Julio and all his needs on the last day he was there. I honestly believe there's beautiful angels out there that care about their patients and she is one of them. On another hand after having the worse experience with the night shift nurse the day before after walking out on my husband after he was in so much pain and requesting for his pain medication. She refused to give him his medication since the previous nurse was behind with his medications as well. We requested for someone that was in charge and the Resident told him that they're was no one else to come help him at the moment, until we requested for the nurse in charge.

2 months agoI want to thank Heather and Sally, their the "A" team in 11C, they came in and took the best professional care I've ever had, hands down! Heather came in fixed my pain medicine regimen immediately upon walking in my room, she did my wound care and just did an exceptional job! Sallie has been amazing, she changed my sheets and all my bedding in 2 seconds, and checked in on me constantly!

a month agoThis place is horrible. I would not recommend it, especially if you have private insurance. Choose another hospital. I currently have a family member who had surgery and has not been discharged. They have been left in their own waste for hours. The doctor who did the surgery has not been in or directed the aftercare for over two weeks. The care is terrible.

4 weeks agoTerrible customer service at the front desk the little girl had a very nasty attitude when I asked her about validating my parking, she said that they do not validate parking so I asked her who does and where should I go? She informed me to go to the parking lot put my ticket into the machine and pay….. Imagine me just becoming a dad watching miracle of life only to be greeted with a nasty attitude and a smart remark. That’s terrible customer service.

7 months agoBy far the most awful experience ever. There are zero communication skills between the nurses and anyone you come in contact with. Been here for almost 2 1/2 days with no results until 5 hours before my husband got discharged and that’s only because I had to keep asking over over again the same questions to anyone that came into his room. I asked for a drink for my husband and was told they didn’t have anything to drink to go to a vending machine.Famous phrase was I’ll go check and never would hear anything back. I only gave 1 star because there was a very nice gentleman that went out of his way for my family. Big Ups to Rian for showing compassion and just being understanding and genuinely nice( night shift nurse). 2 thumb’s down to Ashley (daytime nurse) . She was not that friendly , hard to find and stayed scrolling on fb everytime I ran into her.
