Dr. Samir Alsawah, MD

I'm usually one that looks for reviews but doesn't leave them. I seen the review about customer service and communication, I can't see that in anyway. I'm a early riser and like early appt, and if the Dr is doing rounds I understand the need to move my time but they never have changed it without asking me. Or them going that extra mile to deal with insurance companies. I have been seeing him since my car accident resulted blood clotting problem in 2016. If all our Dr's were like Dr Alsawah you never wait more 10min in his office combined for anything, and everyone there has been super pleasant to me. He is one of the good ones.

Dr. Alsawah went above and beyond for our family! He is not only very concerned for his patients, he'll also put so much extra effort forth to help his patients!

Showed up for an appointment that I made over 6 weeks ago and apparently my appointment had been moved from 4pm to 12:20 without my knowledge. A message was allegedly left. Next appt available in 5 weeks. Funny , you had an appointment to move me to that day but cannot find another one for 5 weeks. Terrible customer service and communication. I am asked for referrals on a daily basis and will send all business elsewhere within the system.

Fit me in early, staff was very nice, Dr was excellent, caring and informative. Feel very relieved he's my oncologist

Dr. Alsawah is one of the most excellent doctors you could ever hope to have. He is intelligent, caring, kind, up on the latest treatments, & the specialist you want when fighting Cancer!!! Thank heavens we have him in Port Huron!!!
