2 years agoI've been treated at this clinic for over 3 years now. I was in constant pain throughout my arms, legs, hands, and feet. I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis but my pain was worsening and we were looking at the possibility of adding a morphine pump. I found out after having surgery that my pain was caused by an adverse reaction caused by my implants. I appreciate Dr Fuleihan, Dr Petrovas, and Nurse Practioner Mary for maintaining my pain meds and working with me to find out what was wrong with me. When so many other pain drs were not willing to do so. I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you!!

8 years agoI was a patient there about 4 years under Dr. Perove. A new doctor (Dr. Mohamed Osman) recently took over and stopped me from coming there because I refused those injections. I didn't know that they could force those injections on you or stop treating you if you refuse. I was told that the doctors get paid extra if you get the injections, so I guess they just stop your treatment if you're not making them more money. Just doesn't seem rite at all, and the receptionist are very rude at times.

5 years ago0 stars actually. Tell me why they just called me, to inform me, they will see me today, as long as I agree to no opioids and back injections. How do you figure that? Iโve only taken one hard drug (Xanax for 2 years) in my life. Here were the responses. 1st she said theyโve look at my file and I use to take Xanax. They donโt give out opioids to people who take Xanax. Im like if you looked at my file I havenโt been on Xanax in 2years (was pregnant with my daughter plus didnโt like them anyway too strong). 2nd she goes to tell the doctor this, then she comes back and this is the funny part. Iโve talk to the doctor and she says by where you described your pain (lower back, upper back, hips, neck left side) we can give you injections and non opioid medicine. This would be a fine treatment except...Iโve never been to this doctor!!! They havenโt X rayed me, evaluated my pain level, ultrasound anything, check my nerves, I mean they havenโt even seen me but this is the plan they have for me. Thatโs the only way I could get my appointment if I agreed to those terms. What kind of a circus do they think Iโm going to be in with them. Are they taking opioids? Iโve never been called before to be told what I can and canโt be given without being seen. Why would they bring up drugs when we donโt even know whatโs wrong with these areas? My husband said the injections they are talking about makes them good money. Thatโs fine and dandy is I need them, but how do you know if I need back injection but not pain medication? Or vice versa? If you havenโt seen me? I ignored the reviews because I go by what I experience in person. They didnโt even let me make it that far before they pulled some crazy stuff. Donโt waste your time, seems like they just diagnose you via phone and old files.

5 years agoWorst front desk staff ever and after years of experiencing their rude and smart mouth behavior I was feed up and she was talking very smart and lying on the person I came with. Please believe me in no way I'm I proud of my behavior but she provoked me I cursed her out I know this is the year that someone is going to come in there one morning and hurt one of the front desk staff very badly if those Doctors don't hire some professionals like they have in the procedure area please go anywhere else because the Doctors are very professional but that front desk will cause you more pain and suffering. As a patient I expect to be treated with respect and dignity and you will not get that from those rude and unprofessional women that work behind that front desk for sure someone is going to beat or kill one of them real soon!!!!!!!!!
