a month agoHusband had a colonoscopy, the doctor never talked to us afterwards. We waited for 1 hr and he had already started with another patient. Never got a call back from his office for results.

a year agoI met Dr Hamad & Mackenzie NP in the hospital, they were professional and concerned! Explained my next steps thoroughly! When I called the office to get PA started Nancy has been ABSOLUTELY amazing from beginning to end of a ridiculous lengthy process due to insurance. Nancy is kind, professional and just overall a really good person! I donโt really want to see a GI, like who does but this is where Iโm at now and I feel confident Iโm in great hands!

9 months agoReceived an upper endoscopy 3 weeks ago and still havenโt heard back. I have left a message 3 separate times and they have not returned my message when their voice mail states someone will return the call by the end of the day. Run, go elsewhere if you are in pain and looking for answers within a reasonable amount of time.

a year agoI went for endoscopy and waited almost 2-3 weeks to get the results , after the results sent to my email , no one from hospital were ready to explain the pathology report, they said only doctor can explain, well then I followed up for almost 10-15days and they say doctor is only available on Tuesday. When I call Tuesday no one answers and no courtesy to respond to voice mails too. Finally one day after a month I got call and asked to do a office visit to just explain the result, when I insisted why canโt it be conveyed over the phone they said Doctors want to see me .. ridiculous that am on a high insurance plan and already paid over $600 out of pocket and for the paid test doctor is not ready to covey the results. All they want is one more visit to charge my insurance to explain my results. I will never visit this doctor or hospital again.

2 years agoDr. Thanaa Al-Hamad is great. But this practice is horribly run. I had a 10:30 colonoscopy and they didnโt wheel me back until 12:30. Then they tell me my followup review is 4 weeks later. They donโt do telehealth appointments. They donโt have a cancellation list. They told me to call back everyday to see if they have a cancellation. Iโm a working adult with 3 kids, I canโt just show up at a moments notice. I got the colonoscopy for a reason, and a polyp was taken for testing, I would like to know the results. Duh.
