11 months agoBest doctor I've ever had- I saw him for head pain and migraines for almost 5 years. Always super kind, professional, intelligent, thoughtful, and compassionate. He listens and actually cares about finding the root cause of symptoms and finding working with you to find the best course of treatment for your conditions. He doesn't talk over you or second-guess you, he makes you feel heard and cared for and if your symptoms aren't typical, he will put time into solving that instead of brushing you off. He is very smart and is always happy to answer questions about your condition. I definitely recommend him.

3 years agoVery disappointed with his staff. Over 9 months and 3 appointments scheduled and I have yet to see Dr. Kojan. I originally made an in-person appointment and had to wait three months to get in to see him. Okay, I know Dr. Kojan is a great doctor, so I was willing to wait. The Thursday afternoon before my appointment, I received a call from his office telling me that he wasn't seeing anybody in person and would need to do my appointment online. I had to call them multiple times the next day, because no one bothers to answer the phone there, and was finally able to reschedule my appointment and had to wait another three months for my appointment. The Friday afternoon before my appointment, just before they close mind you, I get a call again saying that he wasn't seeing patient's online that day, just in person. Again, since no one bothers to answer the phone there, I could not get a hold of anyone to reschedule my appointment. I became sick of the back and forth game and became understandably frustrated with his office, so I quit trying to get into the office. I really wish I could give a better rating because I have family that is treated by Dr. Kojan, but I can't give them a good rating because of the office staff.

7 months agoDoesn't listen to patient concerns. Often says that symptoms are psychosomatic, only to be disproven. Big ego, but kind. Seems antiquated in ideas and information concerning MS. Updated. Horrible. Very condescending and inefficient. Does not follow up with testing and referral results. Not a good choice for neurology.

5 years agoI have seen Dr. Kojan since my beginning symptoms of MS. He has managed my treatment since diagnosis. I like having a number to call the nurse directly if i have any changes of symptoms or questions about meds. The office is conveniently located downstairs from physical therapy and right next to the lab.
