I highly recommend this clinic. My husband had a skin condition that expensive derm specialists could not help him with. He went to this clinic and the female doctor took one look, knew what it was and gave him medicine that fixed the problem. This clinic is super affordable too. It's pretty run down but don't judge the book by the cover, because the doctors here know what they are doing.

The receptionist is so rude, so unprofessional. The dr. Was an hour late. Super unprofessional. But the receptionist lady needs to work on her attitude.

They said they took my insurance. Took my insurance information, copay, and ID then did not bill my insurance correctly and my insurance is asking for the entire cost of the visit. They had a nerve to charge two dollars for a mask, I have no issues wearing a mask but a doctors office should provide them! And there were ladies sitting in the front near the registration unmasked complaining of Covid symptoms and coughing and hacking in my direction with my child there! Double standard for masks. If you require masks make sure the people waiting in the waiting room are wearing them!! The care provided was at standard but the headache of them lying about taking my insurance yet never used my insurance and charged me my copay but still got a bill for $375!! And then having the nerve to charge $2 for a mask. Gave me a hard time about not having cash. Then the pharmacy people yelled at me when leaving asking if we needed prescriptions No our visit had nothing to do with prescriptions! There is all types of things for sale in the waiting room old clothing etc. looked like a store front.

Nice doesn't mean competent. First visit I should have known. The doctor said "take a deep breath," his stethoscope was not even touching my chest, I was not even beginning to breathe and he moved it somewhere else and then again. The worst part is this: The first visit I gave them my insurance information and everything went well, they said my blood tests were going to be sent out to a lab and for time issues was not able to come back but a week later. This time they were not able to find my test results because they never sent them to the lab to begin with. They said my insurance didn't go through. I called my insurance and they said that they probably didn't know how to run the insurance because it's a different "type of insurance". It surprises me though how one visit my insurance is used correctly and the next they're like "we don't work with that insurance". So I guess the staff is half trained and made me have blood drawn for nothing and wasted my time and won't give me a refund. Do not go to this clinic! If you want your money put to good use go to a real doctor not someone whose consultation doesn't last but 47 seconds at best and gives you a proud look. Don't forget the incompetency of NOT even calling the patient and let him know that his insurance isn't working on their system or that they don't know how to do it. Also felt very awkward when I saw a depressed front desk clerk when I talked to her but a lively front desk clerk when I saw her talking to another person coming into the clinic who spoke her language.

I would recommend this doctor. I have been going there for over two years now. They are not expensive. In the morning there is the older woman of the practice. She is wonderful, and the one you want to see.
