2 years agoI will give Dr Gabr five stars. He is a very awesome, caring and wonderful doctor. although the office staff needs much improvement. Especially when the office staff blatantly all right just lie to you in your face and tell you things that is not true. To make things worse the on-call PA defends her. He did not even know the whole story or even listen to what I had to say about what she said to me so that shows me how much they really care about what goes on in that office pay Dr Gabr please get with your office team and at least tell them to be honest with your patients because there is no reason to lie to them when you are the most honest doctor there is. Thank you Shelly Warren

6 years agoDr.Usama Gabr is more than awesome, he explains exactly what is wrong and how he is going to treat and repair. I sincerely trust his medical knowledge and his judgment. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease even through some not-so-easy time.

5 years agoFirst of all most of these reviews give an inaccurate display in fact totally falsities of Dr. Gabr. After seeing him for many years, I have followed him to each of his offices and most of you complain about the wait time and staff, I find truth to that at times. But can you take a step out of your self consumed lives and realize that this is life, none of us like it but if you are seeing him my guess is that you are pretty injured or at least you should be and on the way to recovery. Recovery does not happen overnight, in a week, there is no miracle drug, nothing except your body and the power to heal itself with the help of this physician so many want to give poor ratings too. OF COURSE a long wait, I know you know they know! But how many of you are in the room for one second like many other drs do, walk in and walk out--you don't even remember their faces. I have seen over 50 Physicians in my life and I would rate Dr. Gabr as the most caring and concerned about making his patients better. He is not a drug farm so do not go there if you have no intentions of getting better by self medicating (that doesn't work) or if you are there for that reason. If that makes people mad that he doesn't dispense drugs they want oh well go, this isn't about drugs this is about healthcare and getting better. Not to mention all the complaining in the waiting room--dont look at the order it isn't done by who sits first they have a system we have to trust and I don't appreciate along with many others the negative talk about the office. I have had problems with staff there, Ive acted out, but it gets you nowhere but stressing ALL people out. The staff, waiting room and even the doctor. He doesn't want you to sit out there all day but he wants to give each and every person a chance to speak their concerns and he wants to talk to them about their treatment. I don't hear anyone ever say in the waiting room or on any of these reviews that they feel he doesn't pay enough attention, or care, or give them the time of day. He will listen to your concerns and not cut you off no matter how unreasonable you are being (or me :) or how busy he is! Be patient! Let them work out the kinks, the office has numerous turnovers but who would want to work there with patients coming to the window every few seconds asking, better yet demanding their turn or making a scene or better yet threatening the receptionist--Id be nice to her since she could accidentally lose your folder for a bit, but they wouldn't because they want to be fair to all people. But many can't take the stress of being cursed at and yelled at all day-woo whooo i get to go to work i am so excited--here come the patients to tell me how bad i am at my job-how would you be if you started off everyday like that? I believe they are striving to decrease wait times as an hour is a decrease--significantly--for me anyway. Relationships are based on a mutual respect, if you want respect from him you should probably start by giving him some since he is there for you and he cares. So you can try respecting him until you see him and not sit and complain and talk about the medications you are probably getting. Its an insult for those who actually need them and don't put them into the street and all that does is make him nervous and worried about his license etc. ALL the times IM there which is often--that seems to be the talk of the same certain people or group of people--the window may close but it isn't soundproof!!!! I don't speak for Dr. Gabr myself and he probably will not like that i wrote this if he ever sees it but many of us want to see him, help the staff adjust to their NEW jobs, get treated, recover and return to life. If your life is a month to month hustle at the drs that is no life at all, change your mindset and if you can't change the surrounding (tons of DRs-but you'd regret it) and he doesn't have time for that, why because the rest of us who have been there for a long time or are new or we respect him, and we have legitimate reasons&want to be there!
