2 months agoTerrible staff. Waited for over an hour (80 minutes) after my scheduled appointment time before I was asked for insurance/DL. A woman took my cards and then started collecting other peopleโs cards. She had a pile of them at her desk. Then they started seeing patients with appointment times over an hour after mine, before me, while she had my cards. After 20 minutes of them having my insurance card/DL and not giving them back or calling me to be seen by the doctor (100 minutes after my scheduled appointment) I collected them and left. Everyone can understand a doctor running a bit behind but almost 2 hours with no communication or explanation from the staff for whatโs going onโฆunprofessional.

3 months agoI don't recommend it! The doctor is even good, but his team needs to be more attentive to the patients. We live in DeerfieldBeach we chose Dr ALLAF by nomination of the Oscar plan, even though we are so far away we opted for him, but we are very sorry. We had a note marked and confirmed by messages sent by them that it would be in Aventura, only when he arrived at the place he was warned by phone call that it would be in Hollywood and the clinic in Aventura was already with the doors closed, even though my husband was available to go out on an adventure and go to Hollywood, he was denied service. I understand that whoever is looking for a specialist, it is because he is not well and deserves the minimum of care and attention when being a service. Regrettable, my husband is in pain and was unable to perform the necessary exam.

a year agoHe will not see me as a patient. All because he feels guilty for my aunt passing away. He didn't give her his 100%. I believe that he rushed her medical treatment. Now I lost my best friend and aunt. No word's can describe the type of person she was. Thanks alot for taking her away from her family.

a year agoHe has a very good staff. But in my heart I feel that it's his fault that my aunt has passed. He moved her to fast for rehab. Now because of this. I lost my only aunt. I can't never forgive him. Thanks for taking her away from me.

a year agoThe service I get at Dr. Allafโs practice are excellent. He has gotten my asthma under control. Dr. Allaf surrounds himself with wonderful and extremely competent support staff. The staff is very caring and are excellent in communicating. I am so happy to have found him.
