a month agoI have nothing but positive experience here. I had surgery and the pre-surgery staff was excellent. The nurse who brought me back was kind and friendly. All the doctors who came in prior were informative and made sure all my questions were answered. The post-op care was just as good. The nursing staff took care of me. When I used the call button they came in a timely manner. I do have to say the night and day staff seem to do things differently. Like they were supposed to look in the restroom to measure my output and evening didn't do it, but day did. Things like that. When it came time to leave, the discharge instructions were give to me and they made sure I understood and answered my questions. They took me out via wheelchair. I have had infusions done and their infusion center is awesome. The nurses made sure I had everything I needed including water and food. This would be my place to go if I need infusions.

4 months agoWorst experience ever. Horrible hospital and staff. Would not recommend and will not return to this place. Floors were sticky. Entitled nurses with bad attitudes. You are literally a number. They don't treat you like a person. They want you to get in and get out asap. No concern for your overall situation. Only nurse Tabby was the best. She & the food were the only good things. The other nurses were horrible. I could hear them talking crap about other patients clearly from my room... and I wonder if some of that talk was also about me. Forgot to add that the whole time I was there they never changed the sheets or cleaned my room. One lady came in to take the trash and another mopped with a dirty mop and just made the room smell. No worthy of being called a clean room for a patient to recover. Very unsanitary!!!

2 months agoIt's a great hospital. Nice Doctors. GREAT NURSES! VERY HELPFUL NURSES! Cafeteria is good eating. I personally LOVE the BISTRO. Visiting hours are awesome... 6:00am-10:00pm. 5 STARS WOULD BE BETTER WIFI. WiFi is a little "Iffy" in certain parts of the Towers. But what WiFi isn't?

a week agoThe outpatient surgery side of this hospital is well organized and pretty efficient in handling a large amount of surgeries.
