Granted, I was told it wasn't a busy day but that is of no bearing. I was treated with the MOST AMAZING open ears, professional hands, and logical brains, that people could be paying 100's of k for. Two (though there were more) who stand tallest- a young doctor (MD-fellow) and military Veteran nurse (RN). The ONLY REASON I WON'T NAME THEM is because I believe everyone will go and specifically ask for them. Be an educated patient, but remember, you don't know everything; just like I did- remain humble, but open your mouth. I have made 1 edit, and this is to allow readers to know that I am speaking of the emergency room. EVERYTHING PRIOR to this note is ORIGINAL and from the ORIGINAL REVIEW; SO YES! still 5 Stars.

My family and I experienced appalling treatment at North Central hospital. Nurses and doctors were consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive on the 9th floor. They caused my grandma physical harm, withheld food for a week, and delayed diagnosis. We were threatened, ignored, and disrespected. Other patients faced similar treatment. This hospital failed to provide basic care and empathy, prioritizing procedures over patient well-being. I'm sharing our story to warn others and advocate for improved care. PS: The only thing good I truly experienced was the nice 5 stars 🌟 cafeteria they have and the excellent housekeeping services they do provide. Other than that the rudeness of nurses and CNA's was awful and disgraceful altogether.

Worst Hopsital Ever they dont have any doctors on the night time , just nurses and the nurses takes so lobg to come and see when its a emergency i have almos 40 minutes wating and no show

RACISTS.My necklace was taken my necklace was taken from my bed after I went to a horrific episode in CAT scan. Filed report with patient relations after week could not tell me anything gave another week PR call the police for them to tell me to get a lawyer. Totally petty, unprofessional needs to access staff better. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤬 So many negative reviews why is this place still open. If I was white or PR they would have done the right thing.My necklace is missing and you call police on me???? Now to further insult me they sent some type of form to fill out regarding my loss that I have to not only have notorized but send registered mail or hand deliver to some State Building. Like 3 weeks of me trying to obtain by unnecessary back in forth trips to hospital, having to explain yet again me wanting my personal belonging back or simply do the right thing and compensate me for it was not the Hope Diamond or part of the Royal Collection. But it was mine and had sentimental value. I have since bought a replacement of different kind . Oh and that number must have caller ID because in the middle of the day it goes directly to voicemail.

This is the worst hospital ever the entire emergency department should be fired and replace. These people are not properly trained enough to deal with other and perform quality care. The emergency room Dr.cecilia Asante needs to be reprimanded, replaced or fired . She did not perform care and the nurse Anna satter is racist . Like the place is disgusting. I will report to BBB also
