East Texas Islamic Society a 501-C Non-Profit organization formed to serve and support the community in East Texas and make a loving bridge between with all other co-religions.
Was going from Dallas to Pensacola, had no idea there was such a peaceful, beautiful mosque so close to Dallas. We were glad to be able to pray there. I have only 2 pictures but there were multiple garden squares visible from hallway windows were even more beautiful.
Mashallah very nice and big masjid. Was in Tyler for few days and went there for jummah Salah which is at 1:45 and was surprised to see such a big community Mashallah. They have provisions for both brothers and sisters and ample parking. Great to see the community in smaller parts of Texas.
I recently attended the Peace Meal hosted by this Muslim faith community. I am a Protestant and it was a worthwhile experience to be exposed to some diversity that at times seems difficult to find in East Texas. The previous commentor, whose words are filled with hate and prejudice, surely has not met any of the humble, welcoming, and peaceful people of this faith community. Thank you, ETIS, for having a welcoming approach toward those who are different from you!

a year agoRamazan is special as they have grand iftar dinners at this masjid almost every day of ramazan. Anyone from anywhere can join the iftaar dinner.

8 months agoMashallah beautiful masjid. No truck parking, because the parking lot is small.
