I chose Dr Hammoud after moving to the area and I am so glad I did! She has been so helpful and makes the dreaded annual checkup a breeze! I recently got my IUD placed and it was so quick and painless, she does a great job with everything. The staff is also extremely helpful and always kind :)

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Hammoud, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Dr. Hammoud took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. During the visit, Dr. Hammoud explained everything thoroughly and made sure I fully understood my diagnosis and treatment plan. her bedside manner is exceptional—calm, compassionate, and truly caring. I felt like I was in very capable hands and left the office feeling reassured and confident in the care I received. The follow-up communication was also top-notch, and I appreciate how seamlessly everything was handled from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Hammoud to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate healthcare provider. It's rare to find such a combination of professionalism and warmth!

Update: I don’t know what this response has to do with my review. My issue wasn’t about insurance; it was about being misled during my visit and charged for something I didn’t initiate, as well as the rude behavior from the receptionist. I just had an appointment with this gynecologist, and I'm extremely disappointed. I was told the annual checkup would be free as long as I didn’t bring up any issues. However, once in the exam room, the doctor started asking me about my medical history, including whether I experienced period pain. I told answered honestly, and the doctor suggested an ultrasound, all in the span of about five minutes. When I went to check out, the receptionist informed me I had to pay a $70 fee because I 'discussed an issue' with the doctor. When I asked why, the receptionist rudely replied, 'I don’t know, that’s what the doctor said.' This feels like a trick to charge patients! The doctor asked me questions that I had to respond to, and then they used that as an excuse to bill me. I won’t be returning to this practice, and I would advise others to be cautious.

I've been a patient under Dr. Hammoud's care for some time now, and it's truly disappointing to have to write a review about a doctor I believed to be honest and compassionate. I was seen for a wellness visit and her office has billed my insurance under a billing code that doesn't align with the services I received during my visit. I tried to resolve this issue by calling, but the staff at her office told me that Dr. Hammoud confirmed the billing was correct and that she nor the billing dept. would discuss it with me. Although I get that they might have been swamped, their refusal to address the issue is absurd. It's not about the money; it's about the ethics of how the situation was managed and the decision-making process behind it. Regrettably, I can't recommend Dr. Hammoud, and I'm going to seek care from another physician.

It's so refreshing to see a kind doctor who is proactive and listens to your concerns. I've been seeing Dr Hammoud for a few years and never want to see another GYN after all the positive experiences I've had with her.
