The Embassy of Egypt in Washington, D.C. is the diplomatic mission of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the United States. It is located at 3521 International Court, Northwest, Washington, D.C., in the Cleveland Park neighborhood.
Very bad experience, why they have phones if they donโt want to take peopleโs calls, Egypt has over 100,000,000 p pole and they donโt have enough staff to employ in their embassy?!!! Make that makes sense! I tried to call them multiple times to clarify things before submitting my visa application with no luck, I also tried to check their website that very very confusing to navigate! Then I decided to send my application to their embassy in Washington DC and they sent me my application back and ask me to mail it to LA, it could have been easier if you picked up your phone to tell me that instead of making me lose more than 150$ to mail my application for you to say โyour application should be sent to LAโ good job Egypt!
This phone number is never available, the operator is Asian or Indian Iโm not sure or Philippine not to be rude, but as soon as she picks the calls she will transfer us to the IP office which we have no luck contacting any of them , we being trying to contact them since last year and still have no luck , we are not willing to drive hours from a state that is not near us just to see the office is closed or worst who knows , anyone if yโall could be more respectful and give better service Iโm sure you will get rewarded for and please try to be more kind Iโm sure everyone is working hard or barely working please , e-mails donโt work or phones calls so from where we could contact you ..!!!!
Zero fits more, why would an embassy only works 3 hours and beside that you don't answer calls.
You are so bad employees in Egypt and even here in the USA
Shame on you guys
Very rude lady (Not Egyptian) at the visa department window, poor customer service, disrespected me. if I didnโt book my flight ticket already, I would change my mind visiting Egypt . All other Egyptian were friendly and respectful.
They never answer phones. They just extra charge for all services which is ok , however, at least have service done faster and hire customer service agents to answer phones if youโre so busy.
