After reading the reviews here I was hoping to avoid having to deal with the Embassy of Jordan at Washington, but my experience with the Embassy was quite---on the contrary to many reviews here---extremely positive: They were always available (I called three times in three different days and always spoke with someone), knowledgeable about the process, courteous, and fast in processing my request (via mail). To the personnel at the Embassy, great job and keep up the great work!

Honestly they donโ€™t even deserve one star. The only good thing I could say about that spot is they have one lady employee and sheโ€™s amazing with everything but my one issue was that guy who works in the office. The guy who approves all the paper work with gray hair and glasses he is one selfish selfless ridiculous pathetic man who has no life because the way he spoke to me was disgusting and not professional at all he doesnโ€™t deserve any respect because heโ€™s one of the most disrespectful man Iโ€™ve ever Seen ุญุณุจูŠ ุงู„ู„ู‡ ููŠูƒ

Today I called the embassy trying to get a copy of my father's birth certificate, I was getting ready to provide my father's information to the lady but before I began talking she told me ( no we cannot help you sorry sir and hung up the phone. I did not expect that from the jordan embassy. What a shame maybe that is the way they treat the people in Jordan but in the US is a little different customer service means a lot here.
