Thank you you were very helpful and let the process go smoothly i didn't spend more than 20 minutes inside for my passport and ID . thank you all and I hope all the Moroccan Employments are the same .

I called to get informations about passport renewal, I was shocked when they said every Moroccan in USA must come to New York for that matter , so I live in California then I have to travel thousands of miles to get the passport renewed It s absolutely disappointing and really bad I spoke to benmousa who hanged up on me as soon as I told him that I am recording the call and I ll send all the complaints to the Moroccan palace It s been years that all Moroccans in USA suffering whenever they want any document and no ambassador or console does anything about it It s shame to see what becomes of Moroccan consulate services in USA It s shame to see the horrible customer service offered It s shame on these employees for what they do It s shame on whoever in charge I ll send to the king a letter of complaint and I will explain all these on going issues that thousands of people are facing And for Benmousa I say you are unprofessional and you need to be terminated and change this job You are missing all the elements to represent Morocco shame on you as you are disgrace to Morocco The Moroccan palace will receive thousands of complaints about this matter until solved

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the embassy during my mother's passport renewal process. We initiated the renewal in mid-March, and it's now mid-May with no update or communication regarding the status of the passport. Repeated attempts to contact the embassy for an update have been fruitless; calls go unanswered despite numerous attempts, and our visit to the embassy was met with significant delays. Such a lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable, especially for a process as critical as passport renewal. We expected much better service and urge the embassy to improve its response times and customer service quality.

They brought the Moroccan management system here🤦‍♂️. The worst costumer service in the whole galaxy 🤦‍♂️, calling them for asking about something it's like a nightmare, they make me wait in holding for 30min without answering, and there's no links in the website.

No one answering. No one calling back eventhough I left a voice mail. I want just to know when you serve your citizen????? What do you do there if you don't help us when we need you!!!!!
