a year agoSuch a poor service. I tried calling them several times. Every time either I canโt hear you and I was switched to waiting or they simply hang the phone on me. My question wouldnโt take a seconds of your time. The last time I chose for English option and the lady on the other side told me I selected the wrong option, I should have selected option no 2 , I told her thats what I did. โNoโ she said , just call again and chose option 2 and upon hanging the phone I heard her saying in Arabic, something like we donโt have time for you. What do you have time for then!!!

2 years agoI had a question about getting a permit for bringing certain medications which are restricted into the UAE, so I sent them an email. 2 days later they responded and told me to call Winnie, the health service attachรฉ. She was super friendly and helpful over the phone and guided me through the process for applying for the permit. Excellent service I must say!

a year agoWe sent email asking two simple questions about whether visa and covid test are needed. Never got any response. Don't know how it got 4-star rating. Very bad services.
