3 years agoEMA/Alteon seems to have a track record of questionable billing practices, to put it mildly. They are trying to charge me the full amount for a four-year old bill that they failed to properly submit to Blue Cross. In addition, the bill was for horrendous "service" that pushed the ethical boundaries of a physician's responsibility. EMA/Alteon is shameless.

4 years agoThis company should be sued for fraudulently charging people with bills that are not patient responsibility. Knowing that their claims will be denied, instead of billing insurance company they sent only one bill and sent it to collection company. The first collection company took all insurance information and again avoid sending claim and sells the debt to another collector. I am going to take them to the court if they don't resolve my issue.

5 years agoI was in Monday a week ago. Had Abdel Sawan, MD, FACEP care for me and I was very pleased. Everyone was very kind from the person who checked me in, to the nurse, to the people who took my information, to the tech's who transported me around. Everyone was great. I was there for almost 7 hours which wore on my patience, but i believe they just wanted to be sure I was ok and to do every test. Even received a call from the doctor the next day checking on me which I thought was FANTASTIC! I have shared that with everyone. So thank you for the care and making me feel better! :)

4 years agoIโve never been to this place yet itโs on my credit report for a negative remark and a balance due. I have reported you to the BBB. They can handle this fraudulent bill.
