Evangel Church of Troy

Wonderful, caring group of people led by a thoughtful, Christ-filled pastor and staff that has always been absolutely fantastic. My family has been attending since 2018 and we have raised our children here. Teen group is growing and vibrant; kids ministries excellent. There is a large proportion of young families and children here, but people of any age and background are warmly welcomed. We often invite others to attend church with us with full confidence that they will be greeted by others and that they will hear the gospel message in a loving, truthful, biblical way.

I've attended this church since 2005, and it truly feels like a second home. There is a sense of family throughout this church, and Pastor Amgad's love and guidance shows true faith. The connections I've built here are more than friendships; they're like having brothers and sisters who support and uplift each other through good and bad times in our lives. It's a place where it’s filled with faith and community, by creating a warm and welcoming environment that has shaped my life for nearly two decades.

I really love this church. The best Arabic and English church in the United States and always follows the word and path of god. The pastor is really good. He gives his time to serve the church. Always gives chances to other people to learn the way of god. The service is really great. They teach adults to little children. We go on vacations. It and fells like I’m in a family. A beautiful church with the kindest people. The church offers English language translation so those that do not speak Arabic are more than welcome to come and join their services. Pastor Amjad and his wife are some of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The entire church does a beautiful job of spreading and teaching God's word. I feel truly blessed to be able to attend this church.

Being a member of this church my family and myself have always been welcomed with open arms. The Pastor knows each and everyone by name and its really like a family. I'm not sure why there are people posting fake reviews all of a sudden (and in a matter of a day so that's how you know they're fake) Our Pastor has never asked anyone to write reviews OR ask for money. Whatever we donate to the church is the same as other churches they are donations which we willing give and they are donations no ,one can actually steal from you just like at any other church. God help whoever is doing this to a place of worship. I hope God heals the hate and jealously you have in your heart. Whoever does come to this church will see the truth and I invite anyone to come and see what a beautiful community it is. And Please don't let whoever is organizing these childish reviews deter you from Church. These people are clearly troubled to have that much time on their hands.
