The whole process was explained at the beginning and every detail came out to be how she said it would happen. Lisa helped us so much with all the paperwork, documents, translations, and reminders to complete the next steps. Farah helped with many random questions we had along the way. It was a long waiting process for us but in the end the VISA was approved with no problems at all. My family is very happy that we will all be together here in America. When the "ball" bounced back, it was a swift and precise response to it.
