4 months agoExcellent care. Dr Farid listens intently, compassionate and never rushes the appointment. I'm so grateful to have found him when I moved from another state. His front office staff are very friendly.

6 months agoIf you are searching for a new primary care physician I suggest you keep looking. While Dr. Farid comes highly recommended you have to get through Margie first and that is not an easy feat. There are plenty of other PCPs to choose from with kinder and better educated staff. My parents see Dr. Farid and from what I hear Dr. Farid is an excellent provider. He has done wonderful things for my parents. However, his staff is atrocious to deal with. Margie his front desk administrator seems to have a power complex without actually wanting to do the work to earn the power. I have sat in the waiting room listing to her gossip to other women in the office while her actual work goes undone. Wonder why the phone never gets answered? She's too busy talking to answer it, it'll literally ring off the hook while shes just chatting (and not about work)! She is unable to handle the work flow from other offices that they refer to. It seems Margie comes to work for her social hour. I sincerely hope and can only imagine that Dr. Farid allows this because he is thinking of retiring. I simply can't imagine that someone as genuinely caring as him would allow his patients to feel so unimportant. Do better Margie or find a new job doing something you are passionate about and love to do. Everyone in Henderson would understand and thank you for it. And you may just find you yourself are happier!

a year agoDr. Farid is the best Primary Care Physician I have ever had. It's actually not even close. I've had close to a dozen PCPs throughout my lifetime. Dr. Farid is the most empathetic and kind physician I've ever met. He always has a smile on his face and you can feel his warmth when he walks into the room. He is also an exceptional listener and I never feel like I'm on a clock. He makes the doctor/patient relationship feel collaborative (the way it should be!) and he always displays great patience and attention if I have any thoughts or questions. I've been seeing him for over three years now and I consider each visit a true blessing. I am not the type of person that regularly writes reviews or hands out compliments for ordinary service, but I couldn't go another day without formally recognizing his uncanny compassion and dedication to his patients. He truly deserves all the accolades he receives. I feel very blessed and fortunate to be one of his patients. Oh, and the staff (Margie, Hoda, and Martha) are all AMAZING too!! Thank you so much for all that you ladies do you truly make difference :D

5 years agoWent to see Dr. Farid for the first time yesterday and LOVED him and his staff. He actually talks to you like you are human and not stupid like most doctors do. He LISTENED to ALL of my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone in Vegas needing a primary doctor. His office is very old school so don't go looking for them to have an app or anything! But they are very easy to work with and talk to.
