5 months agoI feel like family when I walk into Fast Eddyโs! A group of us went for dinner last night. Itโs one of those places where you want to try every menu item, but everything is SO good you want to keep ordering it. Thatโs a great problem to have! Iโve been stuck on the Nada Burger lately, which is fried eggplant. SO flavorful and delicious!!!! The tacos are FANTASTICโฆbe sure to add a dash of hot sauce! The falafel wrap is also amazing!

in the last weekThese guys know how to run a restaurant. I highly recommend the steak Derby Fillies sandwich. You really canโt go wrong with anything on the menu though. Their French fries are delicious too. The owners and staff are fantastic. They really try their best to remember your face and name starting with your first visit. They will do everything in their power to make sure you leave with a smile on your face. They are great when it comes to explaining the menu and making recommendations based on your personal preferences. Theyโre great at keeping cups full, but there is also a soda machine thatโs accessible to customers if youโre needing a quicker refill. The restaurant is small and not formal by any means, but thatโs honestly part of the charm. The owners have an obvious love of metal/rock music (based on decor) that Iโm in full support of. This is one of my favorite restaurants to bring friends and family to who are visiting Jacksonville. You really canโt beat the balance of great atmosphere, exceptional service, and fantastic food. I canโt recommend it enough.

3 months agoFirst time in today, me and my son. I've heard great things about this place from social media and I knew they had gluten free options. The food was outrageous! I had the masaka ah. The flavors were unbelievable, even my son loved it and he hates eggplant. He had the spicy chicken curry and that was also amazing. We both ordered the smaller serving and had leftovers to take home. The vibe of the restaurant was awesome. As a music nerd, especially grunge and rock, it was a win! All the artwork and music playing. The staff was extremely friendly. Our waitress was very accommodating and knowledgeable about my gluten allergies. She was so sweet with amazing tattoos. I am definitely coming back because I felt like for the money, the food was comforting, filling and on point with perfect spices. The portions were huge and the Greek salad was also delicious. Eat local, you won't regret it!

2 weeks agoWe ordered the egg rolls, fillie (Philly), and baklava. We also tried samples of the white bean and lentil soups. The food was mind blowing. We spent the entire time just saying over and over, โThis is so good!โ It was so well seasoned. The service is also really good and the staff seems genuinely happy to be there. I will be back.
