Known Kelly Travis personally for over 15 years. Hired her to get my mom a duplex. Seller negotiation shorted $500. She said she would make it up and pay the money after closing but stop answeing her phone. We retained a tenant and was sopose to get the 2 months deposit on the lease but only 1 month was received. Seller realter claimed that they paid tenant broker 1 month so only 1 is being given to buyer. After settlement i tried to contact kelly to get all that documentation but as she claimed to her boss Boris i am not her client so she dont have to respond to my calls. To this date the additional security deposit has not been received. Building square footage was not in the mls. I had to insist on the number and she texted me a number i assumed to be true. When i asked for the source of the info she texted another number which turned out to be the land sqr ft. The seller was sopose to clean out the basement and clean the back of property and that was not done and kelly never ensured it was done. Since my experience i found out she did a similar thing with another in our circle of freends while was working with another company. This reveiw is no indictment on the company in particular Boris the manager has been very helpfull in seeking redress. If they allow kelly to continue her fraude it will become one.

Abigail Negron Is the worst real estate agent I ever encountered !! She didn't schedule appointments on time when it came time for showings she just had random people showing up to see my house at all different times. She would call you last minute and expect you to make changes to benefit her and her only!! Incompetent about the process of selling houses was more concerned with her own personal body of work. Did not provide the services they promised in fact in ended up doing most of the footwork myself faxing and signing documents. If you want to waste money and be treated like your not a priority then I suggest you chose this agent and realty company !!! Should of sold my house on Zillow what a waste of commission!!! Incompetent as a agent had other people doing most of her work completely horrible experience and horrible company !!!
