3 years agoIf I could give less stars, I would. I have no issue with the physician as she was compassionate and understanding when it came to my care. But when I made several attempts to contact the office to help get an authorization for a scan THEIR doctor ordered, I was given the run around and an apology yet NEVER received a call back. Stephanie did try to help one time I called but she never returned to the office. I even had my PCP AND BEAUMONT contact the office to no avail. It is poor service when a patient does not even receive a call and is waiting to find out if another procedure would be necessary. I do not feel comfortable continuing my care with this office. Seeing as I work in patient care myself, this is extremely disappointing and I could never see myself doing that to a patient.

a year agoThis doctor was kind of rushed. She was quick to offer a conventional colonoscopy straight off the bat. Kind of scares me. Still need one but I don't feel safe doing that procedure in office. Trying to find a Dr who will listen and find less invasive ways to perform colonoscopies. There are several ways to test for colon cancer other than using that long camera and sedation

2 years agoSince this office wants to act petty and delete my sisterโs negative review (which makes me think this has been done to many others before her) here was my sisterโs experience: Dr. Siddiqui is one of the most uncaring, unprofessional, and most dismissive physician I have encountered in a very long time. She does not bother to look into your chart prior to providing you with a response (if you even get a response). She indicated for me to stop my medication once I am better than later tells me I have to wait a period of time prior to discontinuation. This comes to show that she does not really look into your chart prior to answering and then here you are dealing with the side-effects while she could not even care less. If you want a caring doctor- this is not the doctor for you, truly. Definitely not allowing her to "treat me" any longer and going elsewhere to fix the complications I am facing due to the lack of compassion, clarity, and care on her end. Be alert from an office that feels the need to delete/block/report negative reviews.

3 years agoDr. Siddiqui really is a person who has never taken into consideration my concerns and she is hard to talk to because she always seems like she wants to rush out of the room. She told me over and over again to do things that she knows only causes me more pain and problems. I need a doctor who will listen to my concerns and work with me instead of taking complete control without any patient care. The staff are so horrible if I could give them negative stars I would. You will never get what you need by talking with the staff.
