3 months agoThe staff was very helpful, & informed. Answering all my questions. I brought my Merlin Device. To make sure they knew about it. I felt so confident with them. I forgot my Device on the conter. When I got home ๐ก. I looked for it. I realized what I have done. On my way back to the clinic. I received a phone ๐ฑ call ๐. The helpful ladies from the front counter. Just letting me know. That I had forgot my Device. Like I said before. Very helpful people there..

2 months agoVery friendly and professional office staff , Dr Nash, Dale Richardson and Bonnie Westphal all are very concerned about your health! They listen to what youโre saying, explain everything in detail so you understand your issues. Theyโre not like other doctors that rush you in and out. They take care of you!! I would recommend them very highly!

2 months agoI was assured many times that my hemorrhoid banding procedure would be painless. The doctor asked me to tell him if I feel pain so I did, many times in the brief procedure, when I shouted โOW OW OW!โ And โTHIS REALLY HURTS!โ And a litany of swear words. Nothing was done about this pain and the procedure continued as if it was normal. It was truly an agonizing procedure. I was shouting in pain and nothing was done to reassure me. After the procedure, I was flushed and dizzy and there was no one there to ensure my safety. I was in so much pain, I could hardly speak. I called my mom so she could keep me on the phone so that she could call an ambulance if I passed out from the pain as I put my clothes back on and walked out of the office. Upon returning home, I went into shock and was shivering and throwing up from the pain. I literally heard another patient shouting in agonizing pain right before my procedure. Clearly this cannot be claimed as a painless procedure and I am appalled that such claims are being made. After researching online, many patients report experiencing excruciating pain with this procedure. How can it be claimed that this procedure is PAINLESS and that you can return to work the same day, and when so many people report this experience? Worst part is that it didnโt even help my hemorrhoids. Apparently it takes around 4 sessions per hemorrhoid (I have 3) to possibly help. I will never go back for another one. Hemorrhoid pain is awful but hemorrhoid banding is 10 times as painful. The front desk staff was kind which is the only reason I am awarding 2 stars.
