Florida Advanced Gastroenterology Center – Wesley Chapel

This practice has been a nightmare from the start. They never answer calls, not even from the hospital, making it nearly impossible to schedule anything. If you read the reviews, including those for their Brandon location, you’ll see the same complaints: you won’t see your doctor, only PAs. After pleading for over 20 minutes just to arrange a Zoom call with the doctor for a procedure scheduled a month in advance, they flatly refused—even for a brief 5-minute conversation. The clinic itself is a disaster. The waiting room is disorganized, with a single battered clipboard holding crumpled patient disclosure forms that everyone has to share. It’s appalling. I strongly advise against bringing your loved ones here, especially if you want any assurance about who will be performing something as serious as a colonoscopy.

I found that it was easy to get there and the staff was super sweet and friendly and the doctor was very nice and made sure I am getting all the testing that I need to make sure I'm safe

It wasn’t perfect but the Doctor was very nice and the nurses at the clinic were great. The only part I didn’t really enjoy was the staff at the reception office aren’t very friendly.

From the lady at the front check in to the lady that gave me the paperwork downstairs. Got up stairs and all the nurses was amazing. Their personalities was so pleasant and enjoyable. I will tell everyone about my experience. Thanks for making me feel welcome
