2 weeks agoA worst medical practice I have ever encountered. I have tried for a period of 2 months to call this office but in vain. Also I left messages with my cell numbers and hoped they returned my calls. Nope, it's not happening. In the end, I gave up and booked the appointment online. Nothing available for in-person appointments, so I took a virtual appointment. But I was not informed with which APP I should download or get ready for the 11/6 TeleHealth appointment. Therefore I have to contact them again. So I made another dozen calls, still no one answered the phone. What should I do for the 11/6 virtual appointment ? I am beyond frustrated.

a month agoDr. Adams is fantastic and the PAs are competent, respectful and professional. They listen to me, provide strong information and are respectful. Making appointments is difficult and takes extended time for continuing patients. It seems that there must be too many patients in this practice. The patient portal is extensive and did not save the information I took extended time to enter.

3 weeks agoIf I could manage to schedule a procedure, I might have something to say about the physicians. However, the scheduling staff and procedures are, in my experience, the worst that I have ever encountered with any practice. They DO NOT ANSWER CALLS AND DO NOT RETURN CALLS WHEN MESSAGES ARE LEFT. Last week, I finally reached a human being, but that department does not schedule procedures, even though the phone tree specifically led me to that number for procedure scheduling. The person I spoke to was polite and said she would leave an urgent message for the procedure scheduling group because โthey are more responsive to internal requestsโ. On that same call, I asked to be connected to a supervisor so I could provide feedback on the issue. She politely transferred my call where (no surprise) I got a voicemail and left a message. One week later, I have not heard back from the scheduling people or from a supervisor. How do they manage to stay in business???

2 months agoThere is no one who answers the phone. The biggest issue I had was trying to get ahold of someone to make an appointment. When I finally managed to get through to the receptionist, they were not helpful at all and hung up on me when I asked them to hold for a second while I called for my daughter. I tried calling back for a solid hour but still no response. And they donโt even bother to call back. Their appointment system is terrible, doctors are booked up to 3 months. I had an upcoming appointment which they switched to virtual unexpectedly. Then they told me I would have to wait another two months if I wanted to switch my appointment to in-person. Very unprofessional and stress inducing for someone who already doesnโt feel well. Even if the providers are good, this type of treatment is unacceptable to patients.

a month agoI visited the clinic last Tuesday and was informed that a couple of prescribed medications would be sent to me shortly. However, itโs now been over seven days, and I have yet to receive any medication. Upon following up with the nurse, I was asked which medications I was referring to, and she mentioned she would need to consult the doctor to confirm. This lack of communication and follow-through has left me feeling quite uncomfortable and concerned about the level of care
