3 months agoIll actually give some background info for context to my review. Ive been to alot of G.i.s for a young person, 5 scopes endoscopy and colon, Diagnosed ibs, It took my doctor calling them personally to actually see the Gi and not his assistant, neither me or my family doctor are happy about my treatment. I was going through questions with assistant about gut pain, she was adamant it was ibs, but then when i questioned that, and told her some of the things i was experiencing, she diverted away from what i was talking about and said. "It could be a hernia for all we know" If you think it could possibly be a hernia why arent you checking for that? Or bringing it up you have a patient with debilitating pain, which isnt even normal in ibs. Constantly eluding to anxiety and ibs being the culprit to my pain, i heard her out and started a depression/anxiety, didnt help in the slightest, i knew it would because ive been off and on a srri for years, which i told her. I had a scare last year went to clinic, was given Albendazole an anti parasitic used for treating everything from worms to Microscopic parasites, i got completely better and it lasted for about 4-5 months. I was doing well, problems came back. Let him know the pain had switched sides. Dr. Taja was told this on 2 separate visits, 2 six week check ups. Which he never remembered much about my visits or condition, to begin with, I can get past that if he took the time to reinform himself. This last visit with him was a 30 minute wait past my app time, my time in a room with him lasted about 4-5 minutes, He looked at each test result, at a glance he did not read or go over it with me. Did not ask additional questions, no talking about my condition. Did not even give me time to ask questions myself, nor did he consider if i had questions. If you need cancer screening this place may be right for you beyond that, i absolutely would not waste your time here. Some of the staff is great, some are borderline rude, There is little communication from either Drs, maybe apart of how busy they are either way if you arent in dire need i do not suggest this office

7 months agoAmazing staff! idk why bad reviews, maybe ppl just like to complain. Staff made me feel at home, they were professional, everything went awesomely. 5 stars..... ! Please ignore negative reviews. I'm sure things happen no matter where you go, but ppl are more apt to leave a negative review than a positive, especially when it comes to health care. But they are fantastic and I highly recommend. I don't just say this and I don't leave reviews very often. 5 thumbs up!

a year agoWorst experience I have ever had in my entire life. Sheri Miller is rude, dismissive, and stands tall and proud about it. I have unfortunately been getting worse by the day, and I can see my positive results, yet no one will call me back to discuss them. During my in office visit, Sheri let know she doesnโt deal with any issues other than the stomach, and carelessly prescribed me medicine for gastritis, medicine that can make autoimmune diseases worse. Let me just say this, I donโt have gastritis. Please find a better care team, this one isnโt it.

3 years agoDr. Taja is one of the friendliest providers I have had the pleasure of meeting. He genuinely cares about his patients and will go the extra mile. Great staff and clean atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

3 years agoThe worse doctors office I've been to when it comes to professionalism. If you're looking for meds for heartburn they'll take care of that because it's quick and easy, but if you're having actual problems that require testing and work to be done they're not trying to do more than they have to in order to figure out what's causing your condition. Getting them to is like pulling teeth and they'll let you know about it. I was told to sign a form saying I'm not responsible for anything I do while I was put under only to be lectured and ridiculed because of something I said while coming off of antistisia that I had no recollection of whatsoever. I was told I wouldn't be dilated unless they saw a stricture and I was dilated but the paperwork said "no strictures found." When I brought this up I was told "dr. Taj is hard to understand sometimes," I understood him just fine. I was told I'd receive a call back after they was done scheduling a procedure for me to never get the call back and left wondering if the procedure was scheduled. My home doctor had to contact their office and find out why I didn't receive a call back. Then when I messaged sherri on social media out of desperation because I couldn't swallow my own saliva after doing 4 days in the hospital she blocked me. I've been out of the hospital for a week and with my second dilation in 3 weeks and still no follow up from them and my situation is far worse. Basically they want your money but want to do as little as possible when it comes to finding out what's going on with you with whatever condition you're having. And this is only half of the complaints I have regarding this office. I recommend you record your doctor visits because they'll tell you one thing and do another. I don't recommend this office.
