Front door and doorknob stick, called and asked them to let my wife in, receptionist was rude and hung up on me. Going over patient details on speaker phone with others in room violates HIPAA. Doctor is nice but office is sketchy and receptionist such a jerk it overshadows. It’s an OBGYN, if any medical facility needs to be inviting it’s this kind of place

I been coming here for years and Dr. Samman is amazing however Frances who work at the front desk has terrible customer service ! She forgot to put my appointment in the book and had me wait over 3 hours to be seen. Then I came back for my next appointment and I asked her for a cup just in case the doctor need a sample and she decides to say out loud “ Well do you have any urinary issues?” Out loud with people in the waiting room instead of pulling me aside to ask a personal question like that!!!! Very unprofessional!!!!!!

Dr. Samman is the best. He has always been there when I needed him and he is very knowledgeable. He delivered my daughter and was wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Samman. I have been a patient over 30 years. He assisted with many issues and I knew I was in good hands. I will be sad when he finally retires. He is a great OB-GYN. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Samman is the BEST DOCTOR (not just obgyn) EVER! 1.He is so thorough and has always taken the time to make sure I understood his diagnosis. He explained how he ruled out other things and ultimately landed at his conclusion. He was so patient!! 2. He has helped me to understand what I can do to prevent certain issues so I don’t have to run to his office every few months. With other doctors, I felt like I was given a prescription and then was sent on my way. 3. He spent almost half an hour talking to me about different birth control options and their effect on the body, and then helped me to choose the best option. He also spoke to me on the phone at length afterward when I had follow up questions. He is truly a caring doctor that goes above and beyond for his patients. I have never felt more at ease with a medical professional.

Dr. Samman is the absolute BEST GYN. He is knowledgeable, straightforward, has excellent bedside manner, and he is courteous. He delivered 2/3 boys, but sadly stopped delivering in 2016. His office staff is AMAZING... Francis and her team are efficient and always polite and professional. If you’re looking for excellent service, look no further. Dr. Samman is definitely the right choice.
