2 months agoThis was my sonโs first haircut! Ghada was an absolutely great choice for this service! Sheโs super kind and gentle with the kids. She cut it the way I asked and was very fast as well. She even donated some of her grandsonโs shoes to my son and Iโm forever grateful โฅ๏ธ

2 months agoMy family has been customers of Ghadaโs for a few years now but wonโt be anymore due to how rude she was tonight. Out of respect for elders and businesspersons, I assumed she was having a bad day and it was almost closing time so maybe thatโs where her anger stemmed from. But now that Iโve had a few hours to reflect and spoke to other family members, I realize just how rude and unnecessary her comments were in turning us away as customers. I went with my sister-in-law to get a haircut for her almost 3-year old. He has been there a few times and being a toddler, he turns to crying as his source of showing discomfort. His mom showed Ghada an inspo picture and requested โan exactโ replica. Ghada took that literally and suggested we โgo across the streetโ to a barber to meet our expectations. We were confused, sheโs cut the boyโs hair multiple times before and the picture wasnโt very different from his usual cut. We attempted to explain ourselves and how maybe using the term โexactlyโ wasnโt fitting but no, Ghada didnโt want to hear it. Then to top it off , she says โI donโt take criers on weekends, come during the week.โ I donโt know how someone with such a longstanding and beloved business can be so insensitive. We didnโt lose anything but the opportunity to cut his hair , but she has definitely lost us as returning customers + hopefully anyone else who reads this review and has felt something similar.

5 months agoI came in for an eyebrow cleaning and the lady doing the brows was super rude and nonchalant. this is honestly the last time i step foot into this salon. donโt waste ur money on rude people that donโt know common courtesy to be polite to the paying customers. Worst experience ever. as the lady was doing my brows she said โdonโt come to me after you shaveโ. which i find so blandly rude. i shaved a few days before coming bc i had an event i needed to attend and i needed a quick clean up since i didnโt have enough time to go get them waxed. her comments are always unnecessary and backhanded. i regret ever coming to this unprofessional so called โsalonโ. and everytime i come the prices change. eyebrows and upper lip used to be 20 and now theyโre 25. which is absurd. and not worth the experience you get. also, as i was fixing my hijab after she finished, my phone fell out of my pocket and onto the ground. you would think that she would at least try to get it for you but she watched me finish fixing my hijab and watched me pick my phone up off the ground that was an inch from her foot. all in all. just donโt waste ur time coming here. these ppl donโt deserve a penny.

5 months agoI recently visited the salon for a service and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I walked in, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the employee, Fadia. I believe customer service is a crucial part of any business, and sadly, it was completely lacking during my time at this salon.
