Dedicated, compassionate and accommodating, Gigi Nubani is an experienced real estate professional whose interest in the business goes back to childhood. Inspired by her entrepreneurial mother and the familyโ€™s real estate investments, she has fond memories of spending time at their propertiesโ€”helping to paint, renovate and get them ready for resale. Fast forward to adulthoodโ€ฆ Gigi continued with her own investments, learning the ins-and-outs and deepening her understanding of the real estate business. Since earning her brokerโ€™s license in 2018, Gigi has found both success and satisfaction in expertly guiding her clients to achieve their real estate goals.

With Bachelorโ€™s and Masterโ€™s Degrees in history, Gigi knows when and how to take the long view. For many clients, including investors looking to expand their portfolio or buyers searching for their โ€œforeverโ€ home, Gigiโ€™s patience and insight are valuable assets not always encountered in the fast-paced world of real estate. At the same time, she is a sharp negotiator and a tenacious advocate who will go above-and-beyond to get her clients to the finish line. She is a thoughtful listener, an effective communicatorโ€”and always attentive to the many details involved in a sale or purchase transaction. With each client, Gigi is honored to assist with the important decisions that go into purchasing or selling a home. She is bi-lingual, fluent in both English and Arabic, and draws on her work as a professional actor and modelโ€”experiences that taught her self-motivation and perseverance.

When she is not scouring the market for a clientโ€™s dream home or negotiating a sellerโ€™s contract to secure the highest possible price, youโ€™re likely to find Gigi in and around townโ€”enjoying the city she has called home for nearly two decades. She loves the different vibes that distinguish each neighborhood and is an afficionado of Chicagoโ€™s thriving and diverse dining scene.

Daryl Ceaser was an amazing agent to work with. I would recommend Daryl's expertise and professionalism to anyone! We used Daryl for renting years prior and reached back out when we were ready to purchase a home. Daryl took charge in curating a list based off of our needs in price and wants for amenities in a home and locations we wanted to live. She explained the whole process in detail and has a great team she works with from recommended lenders, attorneys and vendors for inspections. She provided honest feedback of houses based on the showing and was able to setup showing to meet our schedule. She was also always available to answer any of our questions along the process. The home we ended up choosing to purchase was one that we didn't even flag for a showing but Daryl thought it met all of our wants and it definitely did!

Nick Fallico will never be hired or recommended by me to anyone, ever. Where do I begin. I had the absolute worse, 10 month home buying experience with Nick Fallico. He failed to share the discrepancies of the home I ended up purchasing for the sake of a sale. Discrepencies any experienced realtor would have warned their buyer about..Nick was completely careless. I know this now having this being my first time purchasing a home. He took advantage of me being a first time hike buyer.. He rushed me through the entire process. It was the most draining and exhausting and intimidating process. Other friends that worked with Nick have also said the same. No value for his clients. These are lives you're impacting in finding their forever home.Never again.

i had an appointment to see an apartment with Kevin. when i realized my uber made the wrong turn i messaged him on zillow to tell him i was running ten min behind. kevin called and asked where i was and i said id be there in 10 minutes he responded, โ€œdonโ€™t come. i have another appointment i need to get toโ€ and hung up the phone. i completely understand that it must be frustrating for people to show up late, but im assuming he aallows at least 15 minutes for people to see the apartment so id be there right on the mark. i think it was how he hung up too that really peeved me and put a bad taste with dreamtown. avoiding all of their listings on zillow.

My fiancรฉ and I highly recommend Martha Turner. She was instrumental in finding us a place we can call home in the suburbs. As first time home buyers, we needed guidance every step of the way. Martha provided us with just that. She kept in communication, was honest and forthright, and best of all, educated us with the whole process of home buying from the beginning to close. We felt she was looking out for us and was engaged in finding the best home for our situation. We felt very comfortable working with her and would absolutely recommend her to any future home buyers, or if you're looking for an Real Estate Agent to work with.
