a year agoAlways late for appointments - 30 mins+, dismissive of symptoms, lacks basic attention to detail and appears to care very little about his patients. Never calls to check in during or after hospital stays. Office is totally disorganized- have to call in repeatedly to have prescriptions refilled.

a year agoDoesn't take patient concerns seriously. I was told "I was too young to have these problems." Totally gaslit. Changed doctors and was rapidly diagnosed with POTS and EDS... what I've been dealing with for years. This doctor just wants a check and could care less about the well-being of his patients. And don't let me forget how utterly RUDE the front staff are (on the phone and in person)! I stood there for a good 5 minutes to be checked in, one lady in the back said "umm are you going to check her in?" And the lady responded with "no" (which I laughed bc I thought that was a joke) and continued to not even bother looking at me, instead continued a conversation with another lady about PURSES! After ~7 minutes standing there o was checked in, waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes, then waited in an exam for a hour. Will never go back.

5 years agoThey seem to be under staffed. They don't have great communication when u can get ahold of them. Constantly have there phone turned off. Had a appointment today at 0830, door was locked. After calling answering service, someone finally showed up. Signed in at 0845. Looking for a new doctor today. To many issues with this one. If u care about your health, I would go find an actual doctor that cares too.

a year agoLack of timely communication; lack of proper bill coding resulting in delays with testing; lack of basic note taking in my file; unorganized staff. Canโt recommend this practice to anyone.
