2 months agoIโm currently a Renter with KW I have only been in this property 30 days. Itโs no way I should have to deal with unnecessary issues. You put a work order in to only save the company because legally they must send repairs. The contractors sent out NOT FIXING ANY ISSUES THEY WILL PUT A MINOR BAND-aid than claim itโs completed and fixed. Which is untrue , I have called numerous times about the same issue. Huge hassle and huge inconvenience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BAAAAAD MANAGEMENT

a year agoI highly recommend renting a house/apartment through any other company. The house I currently am renting is the only time I have ever rented through KW Greater Metropolitan. Any work order, even ones that affect safety/wellbeing, will not get taken care of in a timely or efficient manner. A wall is currently caving in and a window is broken, and it is pulling teeth to get someone to come fix these things. Many times, urgent fixes get marked as completed or completely ignored. They won't let you have direct contact with the home owner, so you have one contact via email. It's an older home and I expect older home issues, but I have never had so many issues occur during a year of living in a house.

9 months agoI am currently a renter and have been for a year. I have been having issues for months now with unnecessary charges and unanswered maintenance requests. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone even though I have texted, called and emailed. Yet they can constantly text me about needing to pay unnecessary charges. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed. I do not recommend.

2 years agoNEVER do business with these people. The agent I was dealing with was named Rudolph. He was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. He misrepresented and lied about the condition regarding two properties I was going to purchase. $900+ later and 2 inspections come to find out everything he said was untrue. "The furnaces are 5 years old. There are no water stains on the ceiling or moisture in the basement" these are only few of the many lies he said. I seriously can not believe he is working in general. I have filed a complaint against him with the real estate board. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

5 years agoMy experience was awful. I met with an agent Lori who showed me a home that I fell in LOVE with. I told her I wanted the place and she emailed me the information. I was only renting the place but the process took about a week just to go into a lease agreement. When I finally finished everything Lori told me she would email the information to the owners and that I would receive my lease packet and other information shortly. Two days later I get an email from Lori stating that the owners already rented the house to someone else, and that the agent โnever even told her someone else was interested.โ I am so confused as to why I was dealing with Lori who wasnโt even the agent for the home I was interested in? I voiced my concerns and her responses were not apologetic in the slightest, and she sent me a list of their other rental homes. On this list was the house that I was once interested in! I cannot believe the lack of professionalism and organization within this company - just for a rental! Whenever I look for houses now I immediately back out if I see it is associated with the KW name.
