I have been a customer since 2014. Every time i had a problem or concerns about my oral health, Dr Safi was there for me with a big smile and kind words. Today i came for a cleaning and the staff was horrible. They refused to do a simple cleaning because i needed an intermediate cleaning wich is twice as expensive, i explained that I was going to get it as soon as i have the money but if for now they could please do a regular one because im a self pay costumer. They REFUSED. Who does that??
When i had problems like that, Dr. Safi was kind and understood. He would go do the cleaning, and then i came back 2 or 3 months later for the rest of the treatment. We need you back, Dr. Safi. I REALLY HOPE YOU READ THIS.
