a month agoI recommend just go to a real ER/hospital. symptoms and info given were discounted and from across the room I was told I didn't have a concussion before examination. Diagnosed as โheadache without causeโ (9 days worth lol) Facility is nice, front desk, triage & ct tech were also very nice and polite. Doc and nurse were less than willing to listen or support their diagnosis. Took much longer to recover than necessary, but proper diagnosis and treatment helped.

3 months agoThis was our 3rd experience in less than 2 months here. I can not express enough how wonderful everyone is here. From registration to the nurses to the doctors. We received exceptional care again. The staff remembered us and why we were there in the past. They all went above and beyond our expectations I donโt remember everyoneโs names but a special thank you to Brooke, Gabby and the last nurse that we had. I highly recommend going here if you need ER treatment.

5 months agoI came in to be seen after a car accident. While the intake nurses, x-ray and CT technicians were very personable, I really can't say the same for the doctor and student that attended to me. Without going into too much detail, it was very apparent to me after just a few minutes that they do not provide trauma informed care. It made the entire experience deeply upsetting. I hope they can do better in the future.

a month agoThey don't have the ability to give an ultrasound Doppler to check for blood clots in legs/arms. Very basic E.R. Very limited. More like an after hours urgent care. That said, the staff is helpful and friendly. It appears clean and orderly, although germs are invisible..it's newer and still fresh looking. Not busy when I went on a Saturday night. Beware. The security guard takes his job QUITE seriously. Do NOT park with your tires partially on a parking spot line...he doesn't like that and will send you back out to repark your car. Although, when I went back out, there were a number of cars & 2 oversized trucks parked the same as I was...so he, apparently, picks and chooses who to dress down. A frustrated cop wannabe, I guess, with dreams of cuffing a perp.๐คท One interesting thing...They DO have electric car hook ups in the parking lot. First time I have seen that. So, bottom line, they are good for minor breaks, prescribing an antibiotic, draining an abscess, stitching up a minor cut...they can do labs, I think. Check for a UTI etc..but if you CAN try to make it to a full hospital E.R. for anything really potentially serious. And you better be good at parking your car.

4 months agoI want to start by saying, I know they have not been open long and some of these issues may be just that, but not all. First off, the ER and waiting room are beautiful, by far the fanciest ER iโve ever been to. The nurse I had, Abdullah, was amazing! As was my PA, both top notch. The problem i had started with registration. I was told that they were unable to look up my insurance (a very common insurance mind you) and that I would have to be billed as โpaid in personโ and that i could call the billing department and get it straightened out later on my own. I was told this after I had already received treatment, otherwise I would probably have left and went somewhere else. My second problem was, while I was in my room with the door open and curtains pulled two nurses legitimately got into a full blown screaming match outside my room. It lasted long enough that i felt the need to get out of bed and poke my head out to make sure everyone was ok. Extremely unprofessional. All in all the experience was not great, I will not be returning.
