4 months agoTheir food quality is obviously A1 grade. So flavorful and fresh. Their beef tehari is just amazing as authentic Bangladeshi flavored. Highly recommended place for carry out.

a year agoI called the store to order Biryani because I was hungry and wanted to buy chicken Biryani. The person who answered the phone informed me that on Fridays, they only offer Beef Biryani. I agreed and asked for a bowl of Biryani without realizing it would be a different kind. When I got home and opened the bowl, I was disappointed to find rice mixed with spoiled beef. Additionally, the Biryani was cold. I was not satisfied with the employees there and perhaps, being a Bengali store, you get what you don't expect. I called the store and talked to the guy, complaining about the food I received from them. He offered me to try next weekโs beef Biryani without apologizing to me. I was like what kind of customer service is this? The food was unclean and expired, and it is not called Biryani, but mixed rice. I think they made it yesterday and gave me the leftovers. Please keep this in mind when ordering Biryani from them. Iโm never going to get Biryani from this place again.

10 months agoI used to love this place but now as soon you walk in it smells like curry and itโs all over your cloths. Donโt go inside if you plan on attending any party. Please update your ventilation inside the store.

a year agoI go there every other week but the problem is, most of the time you have to ask for napkins and a tall guy work in cash section always want to save money by giving small 2 napkins. This is ridiculous because I buy multiple food items and he counts, mostly kabobs. They need to change their typical Bangali behavior/approach, even in Bangladesh, business people updated their way of behavior. He acts like you're not a customer, you're liable to him, lolzzzz. The people working there, need orientation, trainings for customer behavior. Their face tells like they are in pain and not happy at all. They never give salam, or hi, hello. Store is unclean and i feel nausea by getting bad smell inside. Decided not to go there anymore!
