Hillside Islamic Center (HIC)

No one to pick up the calls, their whatsapp groups are not secure. Scammers are stealing data and phone number and calling people claiming to be HIC members and trying to ask money and phone access. HIC should shut down whatsapp opperations if can’t scrutinize the validity of accounts.

MashAllah a very welcoming and clean mosque 🕌. They have available parking inside their lot and aslo outside of the mosque. I prayed my magrib once and the recitation was calming. Idk who was the emam though!

Before about 10 years ago I came here to Pray feel very nice. But now majority peoples are Bengali and feel not good as before. They always asking you are from ?

Very nice place . The problem is it’s unattended other than prayer times. You cannot get in and pray. They have two prayer rugs at the entrance and you can pray there. You cannot use wodu place as it’s locked.we just went into 2nd floor which was sister area and able to use restroom . If you are visiting from out of town like us and it’s not the Iqama time , find another place.

I came to Masjid just after prayer before starting prayer, i asked someone, "Can i pray he said yes", so i made wudu. I m not from the area, but i was kicked out of the masjid buy an african Muslim brother, telling me the masjid is closed and told me prayer outside, even though i saw few people were in parking, and very bad akhlaq he told me he want to clean the masjid,i said untill u clean upside i will b finish but very rudely he kicked me out by saying pray outside and i prayed in parking area and what other people could thing of us..... very shame pls educate this brother. We need good aklaq to attract people not to put them further far from masjid. And if he is muslim, so on the day of Qaiyamma, i will tell him that he didn't let me pray . I felt so bad & digrace.
