We’re thrilled to introduce our new authentic Middle Eastern concept from our familyโs favorite recipes, utilizing existing space at the Brighton Poke Fresh location.
Due to space limitations, we’ve curated a carefully selected menu focused on our favorite Mediterranean dishes. The highlight of our menu is the offering of five distinctive Hummus recipes sourced from various regions worldwide.
Please note that our menu will evolve as we assess what works best and what doesn’t. Additionally, once we have adequate staffing, we’ll introduce catering and family-sized meal options.
This endeavor is especially thrilling as it not only brings more delicious and healthy food to the area but also provides Poke-Fresh customers with multiple culinary choices in one convenient spot. To ensure a seamless experience and to prevent disruptions to the Poke-Fresh BYO line, we’re providing three primary ordering options: online orders, in-store kiosk, and Door Dash purchases.

4 weeks agoAfter feeling unwell the past 2 weeks and counting, I decided to download Doordash and place an order at Hummus Hut. I built my own bowl, ordered a salad, and some Iraq Hummus. I can tell all the ingredients used are fresh. The hummus was decadent, and the bowl came out amazing! This was an excellent meal, even for carryout, the presentation and taste was delicious. I will order again in the future!

a month agoMan oh man they are good! Great service, generous portions for good prices. Their Dolmas are better than a lot of great authentic ones I've had. Hummus is banging. Fattoush salad slaps. Spicy Mayo fries are really good. Was hard to decide but definitely gonna go back if I'm out this way again!

3 months agoI was able to get a response once I went into the place to address the online ordering issue. Tyler was kind enough to address it and provided me resolution to my situation. Now letโs get to the good stuffโฆ mushroom (Israel) Hummus was outstanding! Grape leaves were just ok, but I have high standards. Hopefully they address their phone issue soon! Will be back for some sandwiches.

a month agoI did not taste the atmosphere because we got takeout. The food from this place was just incredible, especially the Kofta wrap with garlic paste and the hummus sampler. I wish I had one of these near my house.
