Fouad is the General Manger and Operator of Phoenicia Grill in Gilbert. Running his family's business he found his love for the restaurant industry. His nickname the "Hummus King" was well known all over the valley with associates and friends. One day while in the office, he thought " How can I combine work, working out, health, and that lifestyle so I can wake up everyday with a purpose?"
After he put 2+2 together, HummusKing Meals was established and he is wanting to change not only the "health" food people are forced to eat that has no flavor, but also help people with their goals in life.
