Gemala did a lot of hard work on our process, she is very passionate in her job. Trust documents were reviewed a little late but other then that it was a great experience.

One of the most difficult bank I’ve ever worked with in my ENTIRE life. And I’ve had to fallow a long with every demands that’s even made no sense just to get over with and get the house I wanted to purchase for my family. We went with them because of “ Islamic” finance. I’ve bought another house after 3 years later and you can believe I did not use them and will NEVER EVER! Use them as a bank or finance. Good luck to those who are pursuing to use them. You don’t want a bank that will give you the difficulties and the experience I’ve had to endure them. Also, I’ve had to find out after 3 years later the bank was bought by another bank and was NEVER TOLD! That was the most scariest moment in my LIFE! Can you imagine not knowing another bank calling you and saying a payment is due and they calling from another bank, When you have an automatic payment?! But other than that, you give a credit when credit is due. They are a great communicators when it comes to emails. Good luck!
