Wonderful people specially Mr. Fawaz, as I had problems with one of the agent but I spoke to the owner Mr. Fawaz; and he is a great person, knowledgeable and respectful and let’s not forget the front desk gals. Are very organized and helpful, just be sure when dealing with agents of any real estate company not to fully trust them. But sometimes an action by one person can effect every one. As ((Good belongs and evil prevails)).

5-Star treatment from listing to close. My agent, Hassan T Zein aka Sam was a blessing. Dealing with an unprofessional, inexperienced agent almost cost me my home. After sharing my dilema with him, without hesitation, he accepted the challenge and skillfully navigated me thru the process of re-listing. His entire team is top-notch. We got multiple offers at our asking price. Sam is a straight shooter and fought for us every step of the way all the way to closing.
