The only downside is that prices can be slightly on the higher side. Overall, itโs a convenient place for finding quality South Asian essentials. My reviews as a YouTuber channel name is Travelfamily.canada."

4 months agoMr. Firoz has been running IndoPak for 11 years. With his extensive experience of running businesses for 4 decades in Import/export/Freight forwarding he finds the unique Desi products at a reasonable price. They get fresh poultry on Wednesday and Saturday. They carry zabiha by hand Crescent chicken also. Fresh produce comes on Wednesday and Thursday. They get fresh beef/goat/lamb 2 to 3 times a week whenever needed. They order mostly small/baby goats which is why people love to buy meat from them. They get customers from all the way from south Austin and even Lakeway due to the high quality of meat. They get their beef/goat/lamb from Capital Meat which is HMS certified Zabiha halal. Farm fresh and grass fed beef/lamb/goat.

7 months agoIf I could give less than one star I would, This store has the worst food, his food is rotten, I bought broad beans like twice and they were rotten and the funny thing is he said heโd eat it because it was good, I will let you guys decide from the picture. The elder guy behind the register has no customer service or respect at all. It was like 10 bucks. I didnโt care about the money. I just wanted some good merchandise. They got the worst communication with customers. Everybody should check their food for health and safety wise.

a month agoI've order from here several times because the drive is better for me. But the FDA need to look into their meat products. I'm all for supporting local businesses but this place does not care for it customers and the products their are giving to their customers. My advice is do the drive and pay for the better product.

6 months agoThe staff (primarily the butchers inside their meat station) and the owner (Feroz) are very rude. The butchers have attitude problem and they make you feel unwelcome. If you go to other stores in town, you would see a clear difference that the shopkeepers are well mannered and they assist and answer your questions. In IndoPak's case, it is opposite. Also, there is difference in the quality and price when compared with other stores. Because of this, they lost majority of their clients to other desi stores. Of all the people (customers) I have talked to, they blame owner's (Feroz) attitude. At masjid they plead to support their local business. I believe if you maintain quality, offer better price, and adopt good attitude towards customers, why would people go elsewhere? If they truly want not to lose the customers, they need to work on their quality, pricing, and must adopt a positive (not hostile) attitude when dealing with customers.
