We made an appointment for green card health report .
1)They gave us appointment 15 days later. (We lost many days , it was a tight time for us, they told no doctors for some days)
2)They ask double price for person if you compare with other places. Please be aware!!
3)The lady who says welcoming and get documents, she is so rude!! We felt so uncomfortable and she is not helpful.
4) All processes takes long time and getting health report takes 15 day . You can take it any other places in 3-5 days.please call and get price and time from the other clinics and compare before you make appointment from this place!!!
Various family members have been to this office throughout the years and have all switched to different providers due the poor customer service and extremely long wait times. My grandma dreads going to her checkups because they make her wait for the doctor/PA for more than 1 hour. If you scroll down to read other reviews this is also the case. We have brought this to their attention several times and have never seen any improvements. The waiting time is still very long and they are unapologetic about it - you can often hear other elderly patients complain about the same thing. After 15 years of my grandma being a patient there I want to find a new provider since they are unwilling to listen to patients or make changes to lessen the waiting time. Very disappointed with them.
I waited 90 minutes today and then walked out. I've been a patient there for 8 years. It's always been long waits, a rushed 5 minutes with the doctor, a sausage factory. Don't expect Dr. Tirado to remember you from one visit to the next. On my way out today I was told Dr. Tirado recently had surgery and wasn't able to see patients as fast - if that's the case maybe schedule fewer appointments? Or say something to the patient instead of sticking them in a room and leaving them there wondering how long it will be. Nobody said anything to me until I got fed up. Then when I went to ask how long it would be the woman at the front desk was extremely rude about it. I like Dr. Tirado personally, but this practice is frankly a nightmare. Worse than the DMV.
I have visited this office a few times since moving to Northern Virginia. Every time was the same, make an appointment, show up, wait, see nurse/PA, wait for the doctor, dr. pretends to listen, dr. prescribes antibiotics for everything, dr. goes to next person. The front desk staff is ok and does a good job. The office manager and billing department are the worst service I have ever experienced. I had a service billed to me that was not a service I received. When I called the billing department and spoke with the office manager about the issue, she assured me that the charges would be removed as this was a mistake on their part. The charges were not removed and they continue to bill me. The office manager has lied to me on multiple occasions and the last time tried to tell me she no longer makes the billing decisions and that the director that makes the decisions is unwilling to call me back. Then she hung up on me. I later found out that she is the only office manager and has full authority to make the decisions.
