The Islamic Center of Detroit (ICD) exists to serve the most vulnerable people within Metropolitan Detroit through the Muslim faith, Islamic principles, and a fundamental belief in assisting others. Officially opened to the public in January 2000, the ICD offers programming not only to its Muslim constituency, but also the underserved surrounding the Brooks, Fiskhorn, Warrendale, and Cody Rouge neighborhoods, and surrounding communities.

a month agoVery convenient and welcoming. Good attendance, stopped for Magrib on a Sunday and the parking-lot was full and Masjid was at half capacity. Imam's qirat was mesmerizing.

6 years agoBeautiful masjid, very spacious musallah. Good turnout for regular prayers in jamaโat. The imamโs qiraโat is excellent and often gives a dars after (in Arabic). Parking lot fills quickly so be sure to arrive early for prayers in jamaโat.
