5 months agoVery spiritual atmosphere, it is like you are living in the early days of Islam. In Ramadan, Sheikh Mohammed (the Imam of the Masjid) spends time and puts a lot of effort to teach non native Arabic speakers to learn reciting Quran. You see people from different origins, colors, cultures, etc .... they all worship Allah together.

a month agoThis place is always close at one time. I was driving by and it open and I said let me go. Pray when I went inside a lot of weird stuff . It feels like if it was Hindu tumble because of my background it doesnโt feel like an Islamic masjid at all.

a year agoMashaallah Sheikh Mohammed Kazem is the Imama in the Mosque. Great for small community congregations if youโre cluster phobic and great communion for means of brotherhood. Alhamdulillah itโs black brothers in this mosque as opposed to the minority you may find in most other Shia Masajid. We love all Ahle Beit we welcome all.

5 years agoThat is the Islamic center I usually attend, if you want to come to understand the truth about the religion of Islam, this is the go to place, all are welcome! Very charitable and free meals are usually served Friday's (in the early afternoon) after the congregational service. Islamic philosophy and instructional discussions are also offered, clean, quiet meditative atmosphere...

4 years agoThis is my go-to mosque as it is the closest Shi'a mosque to where I live. The people in the mosque are very diverse coming from all sorts of backgrounds, there's a sense of brotherhood there that I've never felt before in other mosques. Everyone there is so nice to each other and very helpful. I've learned so much there in regards to my faith as well. The Shaykh there is super friendly, and if there's ever a thing you need to know he's always there for you to ask. The khutbahs during Friday prayers are one of my most favorites and are intellectually simulating. The mosque is super clean and nice, super quiet too during downtime. Bathrooms are pretty much spotless too. I came to this mosque as a newcomer, but in the end I became part of the community. And I must thank the people and the Shaykh there for that. He introduced me to everyone there, and it really helped create a warm and welcoming environment for me. You will not be disappointed coming here, if you're considering to come. Whether you're a newcomer to the Shi'i faith or someone who's been Shi'a for most of their life, you will be welcome in open arms here. You'll never feel like a stranger.
