4 months agoI ordered Kebab with white rise and falafel as a side dish. My wife ordered Grape leaves, yogurt salad, and tabola and two plates of Kunafa sweet. Everything was top notch food, service was very professional, the Mediterranean atmosphere was amazing and reminded me pretty much of my country. I would definitely dine again at Jasmine and you will enjoy every minute of your time, and every bite of your food.

2 months agoThis review is ONLY related to a GrubHub order I placed. Iโve eaten here a few times in person and service, food, everything was exceptional. But today, OMG I am appalled. My โsaladโ arrived looking more like soup, the chicken is literal rubber. Whole meal. Inedible.

in the last weekI rarely leave reviews, but after my experience at this so-called Middle Eastern restaurant, I felt it was necessary to warn others. First off, the food was ice cold when it arrived. I mean, if I wanted to eat something that had been sitting around for hours, I couldโve just cooked it at home. The lamb was tough, the hummus was bland, and the pita was stale. I donโt know if they were trying to go for some โauthenticโ cold food vibe, but they completely missed the mark. As for the service, it was nonexistent. The waiter was too busy chatting with his friends to pay attention to us, and when we finally got his attention, he seemed annoyed. We had to wait forever just to get a water refill, and even longer for the check. It was honestly like we were bothering him. Now, the cherry on top: the bill. They had the audacity to add an 80% tip! I have never seen anything like it in my life. When I asked about it, the manager just shrugged and said, โItโs automatic for groups.โ Seriously? Itโs a middle finger to customers, and Iโm sure I wonโt be coming back anytime soon. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. Terrible food, terrible service, and an outrageous tip policy. Never again!

a week agoJasmine Grill and Kabab in Charlotte served up a fantastic lunch! The beef and chicken kababs were the stars of the show - perfectly cooked, well-spiced, and incredibly fresh. We finished off the meal with delicious baklava and a pot of tea, which was the perfect sweet ending. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for a flavorful and satisfying lunch.

2 weeks agoThe portions here were very generous, including the sides that come with the meals, which was a pleasant surprise. The food itself was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience really enjoyable. Definitely a spot worth trying! Will definitely be coming again!!
